Clarity is power - and the first step to intentional leadership. When we understand ourselves and others, we build trust, communicate effectively, and make confident decisions. In this module, you’ll explore your natural leadership style using the GiANT 5 Voices framework, uncover strengths and blind spots, and learn how to adapt to different styles. This foundation will help you lead with authenticity, agility, and greater impact.

TEST_2. ESCENTIA CORE™ - COURAGE

Courage in leadership isn’t about eliminating fear—it’s about feeling it and acting with integrity always. This module helps you reconnect with your own courage by reflecting on past brave moments and learning how to lead courageous conversations that matter. You’ll explore practical tools for navigating discomfort, addressing challenges, and speaking truth with empathy. The goal: to strengthen your confidence and ability to lead boldly, even when it’s hard.
